Oasis Behavioral Health offers two distinct intensive outpatient programs (IOPs): one for adolescents aged 11-17 and one for adults 18 and above. These programs address issues related to mental health and addictions. IOPs provide an excellent alternative for patients who do not require 24-hour supervision or residential support. Those involved in our IOPs can balance their treatment with ongoing responsibilities, including school, work, or community activities. Adolescents and adults are able to begin intensive outpatient therapy directly, bypassing more advanced care levels. Attendees in our IOPs engage in treatment three days weekly for about eight weeks, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, 12-Step strategies, and group therapy. Additionally, we host a bimonthly educational support group aimed at families and parents.
Intensive Outpatient Services for Youth and Adults
Oasis Behavioral Health presents two dedicated intensive outpatient programs (IOPs): one for adolescents aged 11-17 and one for adults 18 and older. These services support individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance dependencies. IOPs offer a flexible solution for clients who do not need full-time monitoring or inpatient care. Participants can continue their daily commitments, like attending school, maintaining jobs, or engaging in community roles, while receiving treatment. Youths and adults may initiate intensive outpatient services without prior higher-level interventions. Clients in our IOPs take part in sessions three days a week for roughly eight weeks, exploring proven therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, 12-Step practices, and group sessions. We also feature a twice-monthly educational support gathering for families and parents.
