We partner with leading insurance carriers and cooperate closely with them to enhance benefits for families. A large number of young adults access our services via a Single Case Agreement, an exclusive arrangement that enables non-network providers to collaborate with a family's insurer as if in-network. We have a dedicated, full-time internal staff focused on guiding families through the mental health insurance and payment procedures. To obtain adequate coverage, we may need to complete multiple clinical evaluations and any required physician discussions with the insurer. Unlike some other centers that impose fees for this support, we consider it our obligation to help families navigate this challenging process.
