Available Programs: Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Services

TLC employs a well-rounded treatment strategy with proven therapies for eating disorders, including interpersonal therapy, family therapy, group therapy, meal planning and assistance, and cognitive behavioral therapy. For those requiring the most intensive care, we provide a Day Treatment Program (PHP), offering 8 hours of recovery support daily, up to 7 days weekly. This includes group therapy, skill-building sessions, nutritional education, and monitored meals and snacks, with each participant receiving weekly one-on-one therapy and dietary consultations. Additionally, The Lotus Collaborative offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with 4 hours of support per day, up to 7 days a week, ideal for those needing program structure while maintaining more independence. Sessions feature group therapy, nutritional learning, and one supervised meal or snack, along with weekly individual therapy and dietary meetings.

Intensive Outpatient for Mood Disorders and Trauma

The Lotus Collaborative's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma who require extra assistance, or those moving from more intensive care levels. Our IOP incorporates group therapy, weekly individual sessions, psychiatric services as required, nutritional programs and education, sound healing, biofeedback, meditation, yoga, therapeutic movement, and creative arts. Our staff works closely with a client's external care team and referral sources to develop a customized treatment plan. Participants in our IOP benefit from 9 hours of organized support each week, divided into three 3-hour sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We assist clients of all genders and orientations, aged 14 and older, at our inclusive centers in Santa Cruz and San Francisco, and we also support California residents aged 18+ virtually.
