Eating Disorder Support: Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Choices

TLC provides balanced, holistic care for eating disorders, integrating evidence-supported methods with profound interpersonal and psycho-spiritual exploration. We employ proven therapeutic techniques for eating disorders, such as individual, family, and group sessions; dietary guidance and meal assistance; and approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, and more. Program days feature group activities (focusing on therapy, skill-building, and nutrition learning), one-on-one meetings (therapy and nutrition), and monitored meals and snacks. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for eating disorder support offers up to 6 hours of assistance, available up to 7 days weekly, designed to help clients establish stability and acquire essential recovery tools. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides 3 hours of support 3-7 days per week, enabling clients to develop and implement recovery strategies both in the program's structure and in everyday life. Additionally, TLC offers ongoing outpatient sessions with therapists and dietitians to sustain recovery post-treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program for Mood and Trauma: Online and On-Site Selections

TLC's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Mood and Trauma is tailored for individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences who desire a caring network and extra resources. This Mood IOP is offered 3-4 days online and/or 3 days in person (limited to Santa Cruz location). The program encompasses group therapy, regular individual sessions, sound therapy, biofeedback, mindfulness practices, yoga, therapeutic movement, and creative arts. Our specialists coordinate with a client's external care team and any referring professionals to design a personalized treatment plan.
