We support individuals who have encountered developmental or institutional trauma, relational mistreatment, sexual violence, workplace exploitation, and/or isolated events like vehicle collisions or blazes. ITTC is effective for people who maintain overall stability and are prepared to undertake the demanding process of addressing previous wounds. Individuals who have not fully benefited from conversational therapy alone can engage the mind and body in healing through approaches such as trauma-aware yoga, awareness practices, and additional holistic methods that address the entire individual.
Our Supported Individuals:
We assist people who have dealt with developmental or institutional trauma, relational mistreatment, sexual violence, workplace exploitation, and/or singular incidents such as car crashes or fires. ITTC suits those who are generally steady in their circumstances and eager to engage in the intensive effort of resolving past injuries. For clients who haven't progressed with talk-based therapy by itself, we provide ways to involve the physical and emotional aspects in recovery via trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation techniques, and other comprehensive healing strategies.
